ABSTRACTION
The Implementation of Improvement Quality Management Base On
School at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Surakarta 1, Thesis. The Magistare
Management of Education Program Muhammadiyah University Surakarta, 2004.
the improvement quality management based on school represent one concept that
has expanded since a long time, the core important among Islamic Seminaries
(pesantren) is its character such as independent, dedication, and friendship.
Management base on school is one effort to grow an education since early, that
its taken root from society, and based on society initiative itself, which has
managed by society and for the sake of society.
With the management existence base on school manifestly is given to school
authority to develop potency that is belonged by pertinent institute.
The government through the constitutions number 22 on 1999 years and the
Governmental Regulation Number 25 on 2000 Years, expressing that to improve
school quality on every educations institutions levels by way management base on
school approach and by society supported.
The aim of this research is how to get description in general about execution of
improvement quality of management based on school at Madrasah Tsanawiyah
Negeri Surakarta 1, this way has been done through understanding of the
madrasah community and the people towards the quality of management based on
school program, people participation, the forms of academic service and non
academic service.
This thesis is discussed about the ability to implement this system at Madrasah
Tsanawiyah Negeri Surakarta 1 in applying of the improvement quality
management based on school.
As the end of conclusion of this thesis finds some importance things they are : the
madrasah community and the people realize fully about the importance the
meaning of change in education, specifically the important of improvement
quality management based on school must be responsive positively, the Readiness
of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Surakarta 1 in quality management based on
school appears at its planning program on the madrasah development, the Positive
attitude through their figures towards the quality of management based on school
appears on the making of the committee madrasah activist, statute, and its
domestic budget, the constraint of Madrasah in applying of this system (The
Improving management quality based on school) is cover on the labor division is
not proportional yet, the teachers comparison student is not ideal yet, and the
limitation of governmental subsidy and the medium.
